Middle management is a thankless job.

Corporate wanted flatter organizations. But somebody still has to translate, coach, mediate, and make the work happen.

As I get closer to my one-year anniversary as a creatorpreneur, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for this chapter of my life and the flexibility that comes with it.

But this wasn’t always my reality. Before building a business around my own ideas, I was a middle manager. And if you’ve ever been one too, you might relate to what I’m about to say.
